Customer's reviews
Bill was very professional and honest with his assessment of our washing machine. He did not have to replace any parts during his visit this time but he did point out cleaning measures and preventive maintenance, especially with load sizes and filter cleaning schedules. I high recommend his services to anyone needing repairs and will use him to repair all of my appliances in the future.

Excellent Thermador Range Service – Thank You, Bill!
Bill did an outstanding job repairing our Thermador range. He arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew the appliance inside and out. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process clearly, and had everything back up and running smoothly in no time. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and courteous. I really appreciate his attention to detail and honest approach. If you need service for your Thermador range, Bill is the one to call—highly recommended!

Bill arrived right on time, advised us that our repair would be completely covered at no cost by the manufacturer. He called that warranty department for us, explained the problem to the warranty tech, helped us make an appointment for the very next day. Wonderful customer service.
